On the 26th July (Term 3), we had a Grandparents & Multicultural Day. It was lovely to see the students wearing the different cultural costumes and grandparents to share the time together.
Best Day Ever
It was so wonderful to experience our annual Grandparent and Multicultural day recently. As a school community we deeply value the wisdom and experiences of those who have walked before us, and it was special to share in time together throughout the morning.
The Police Pipe Band brought festivity and laughter to our day, and we appreciate their contribution to the celebration.
Throughout both Primary and High school, students came attired in their cultural dress, the primary sharing in morning tea together followed by a spectacular, and energetic parade for the families present. A luncheon was enjoyed by the high school afterwards.
We give thanks to God for unity and thanks to the parents for their contributions of food and time, and look forward to next year’s event already.
